help! too big of a roach for my baby beardie?

so i just recently got a month old baby bearded dragon (its name is basil) and so far he/she (i can't tell the gender yet) has been eating like a beast. well i went to feed basil this morning i grabbed a bunch of nymphs but there was one that was bigger than the rest (a little over a 1/4 of an inch) and basil ate it before i could grab it and remove it. before eating it she had only eaten three small nymphs but then ate no more after she ate the big roach. so my question is whether that will hurt basil or like cause any impaction and what can i do about it?

note: basil is still very active atm he's/she's just not eating anymore
