Kittens separated for two weeks, now they're attacking each other. What to do?

Hi all. Our kittens have been together since birth (littermates) and we adopted them at about 2 months old. About two weeks ago (they were 4.5) I I took one of them with me on a trip for two weeks. Upon return, I introduced them without thinking about it (assuming that the short time span and memory/scents would be familiar), only to find that the one who remained became very territorial and has been very aggressive to her sister, with hissing and extremely aggressive fighting (not playful). It's a little late to redo the introductions the right way, but what can I do to ameliorate the situation? For now i've been keeping the aggressive cat separated and having them smell each other through doors, as well as rubbing fabrics over the both of them and exchanging them. We also had a scratch pad exclusively used by the cat that came with me that we've now left with the confined cat. Is there anything else that can be done? It's breaking my heart, they used to sleep together and play together all the time :(
