My cat is just about a year old, I've had him since December '19.
At first everything was more or less a-okay. A couple of accidents here and there, but nothing major, and nothing consistent. Until the last month and a half.
There were no major changes, no additional animals, nothing.
It started whenever I'd be gone from home (the cat was not alone, other people live here) more than 8 hours (but not every time). I'd come home, and he's peed on my bed.
Then I got fired at the end of august and went four weeks without a job, then picked up a harvest job where I'm gone for 11 hours minimum.
As a precaution, I started putting a tarp over my bed and sure enough, every day he's peed on it. I clean it up, move on with my day since I don't have to wash my sheets and blankets.
But now, now he's peed on the tarp. And then when I remove it, while I'm not in my room, he pee's on my bed again. While I'm home.
He uses the litter box that gets cleaned every day. He has free range of the house so he isnt cooped up in one room.
I can't afford a vet visit right now.
Please help me before I have to throw him outside.
