My dog has had the worst luck with skunks for the past month.
More recently, he was sprayed again last week. I gave him a bath right away, but almost a week later, he is scratching a lot in different spots. I've tried looking online for suggestions, but have not found anything specific. He's been sprayed before (maybe 4-5 other times), but I'm not sure why it's different this time.
He keeps scratching near his eyelids (he scratched to the point where it started bleeding), underbelly, and legs. Should I give him another bath?
Also, he is scratching his nose, but I'm assuming that's just because thats where he was sprayed. His nose is pretty irritated (more than before). Any recommendations?
