Help: After 2 Vet visits, neither know what’s wrong with my dog

My dog is a 4-year-old pit/lab mix. He’s about 85 pounds.

His extremely vague symptoms (trust me I understand it is not much to work with):

7 days ago, he started acting lethargic and his third eyelids we showing heavily. He was eating and drinking like normal as well as pooping and peeing like normal. So, I didn’t go to the vet until the fourth day of him acting so strange. He had been walking insanely slow, not wanting to move from bed, or just standing and staring at random things. On day 4, I wanted to try and ignite his usual energy in any way possible. So, we went outside and threw the tennis ball. He ignored it, which was triggering for me bc tennis balls are like crack to him. So immediately went to his primary vet an hour later. The vet found nothing abnormal in his blood and urine analysis as well as nothing abnormal in the physical exam. She sent us home with pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds bc she thought he may have a sore back. He showed no improvement in two days (I know that’s not a long time, but he seemed to get worse). The same day we went to the vet, I thought my roommates dog peed and pooped in my room, but I’m pretty sure it was him. This is bc I left to pick up to-go food, and 5 minutes after I left, she called to tell me that He walked in her room and just started peeing. (Btw both Him and her dog, are entirely house broken and haven’t had accidents since they were 8 months old). The next day, we went outside and He seemed more lively and actually played with the tennis ball! So, I asked my roommate to watch him for 2 hours while I went grocery shopping and running other errands. After an hour, she called to tell me that she heard Him making strange whimpering sounds from my room. She found him staring at the mirror. He then turned to her and her dog and started snarling at them but not for too long. I came home immediately, and I took him to my parents house 2 hours away bc they are close to the UGA Vet School’s Training Hospital. I spent the night there, but woke up to Him sleeping in his own pee in my bed. He refused to move and his eyes barely open. I carried him from bed and down the stairs. We then immediately went to the emergency vet at the UGA Vet hospital. AGAIN, nothing was found. After hours and hours, they found nothing wrong. So they advised me to stop the previous medicine, and sent me home with anxiety medicine to use as needed. She told me to keep a journal and document everything that He does. And if he worsens, to come back for x rays and more testing.

WELL, I drive back to my home and He eats his dinner and drinks his water. But, when we went for out for night time tee tee, he froze in an odd position and wouldn’t move or look at me. I finally got him inside, and he chose to lay on the dog bed instead of with me. After an hour, he stood up, stared at the wall, and without squatting or lifting a leg, he started to pee.

I know I seem over dramatic, but I am really worried about my son. If anyone has any similar situations or advice, that would be nice. If not, if My dog gets better or the Vets figure out what’s wrong, then I will update in case it could help someone else!

I respect the Vets who have/are helping me. And I’m following any and all protocols/instructions. I will pay whatever necessary, but man do I wish for My son to feel and act like himself again.
