I'm obsessed with my cat and I love him so much but at times his clingyness and need for affection is a little to much, I’ve lost sleep over it. He just won’t leave me alone he always needs to be at me I liked it at first but now it’s too much, I have autism so I like to have my alone time sometimes if things get to much but he just won’t let me do that. I can’t sleep at night due to it as he won’t give me space. I’ve tried shutting my door but that was a fail (he broke the handle trying to get in as hell continuously jump on it even for up to a hour) I don’t get it I’ve tried pushing him away slightly but he won’t budge he’s also quite a bit built cat so he’s difficult to deal with🤦🏽♀️I love him but I just need my space sometimes I like to be by myself. We have another 2 cats in the house so loneliness is not the problem, I live with my mum also but he doesn’t want to stay with her. I’ve tried blocking the door with something but he always finds a way to open it. Any advice please? I just want my own space :(
