i adopted a third cat. did i make a mistake?

So, I lost my best friend (a cat not a person) of eight years in the early days of June. Then I moved out with my fiancee, and in July, we adopted a kitten. In August we adopted another to keep the first kitten company. They get along pretty well, things have been good and calm in our home, despite, you know, everything else. One day I was on instagram and I saw a kitten up for adoption at a cat lounge in my city, and well, I fell in love with him the same way I fell in love with my two other kitties. My fiancee entertained the notion of adopting him, we talked about potential names for the kitten. I talked to my dad about the kitten and he encouraged me to adopt him, going so far as to offer to pay the adoption fee. My fiancee and I visited the cat lounge and met the kitty, and after talking about it, we decided on going through with the application process. He's so striking I thought someone must've already applied for him, but two days later I got a call from the shelter, they asked me a few questions and we set up a date and a time to pick up the kitty from the lounge. Nowhere along the way did I feel like this was a mistake, but right now, the night before the day I'm picking him up, I feel like I've made a mistake. I feel unsure and regretful. Is three cats too many? My two kitties are both 6 months old, will they get along with a tiny 3 month old kitten?
