My cat fell from an electric post (about 2 and a half stories, landed on grass thankfully), and ended up with a bleeding/swollen mouth and paws

We don’t believe he has a concussion as he’s not showing any signs He’ll eat food but he won’t drink water, even from a syringe, he’ll tend to meow and wag his tail, sometimes scratch. What can I do to help him drink water?
