My husband might be getting a new job. We tried to get a pet over a year ago and bc of our jobs, we realized we couldn’t be home as often as we needed to. Right now I’m working from home at least till the end of the year. I suspect t it’ll be longer. He might finally have a “normal hours” job. No weekends gone, rarely weeks long trips. My concern is that eventually I’ll have to go back to work. I don’t want to cause any potential separation anxiety when I do head back to the office and we’re both gone during the day. Yes get a dog walker during the day, but that’s different than being home all day. Thoughts??
