My bfs mum is refusing to put cat litter into his tray as she thinks the litter causes mess and is dirty and he's been without litter for years and just pees and poops into an empty litter box..I have tried explaining why this isn't good but mine and my bfs opinions don't seem to be valid to her..could someone please explain the importance of putting litter into the tray
