My cat hissed at me for the first time, what do I do?

Hey so this may sound silly but I’m asking anyway. I have had my cat Luna since 2 months old, she is now 9 months. She follows me everywhere, sleeps with me, let’s me brush her, wash her, and tease/throw her around in my arms with no issues. She has never hissed or growled until I got a new kitten (Sol) two weeks ago. That was the first time she ever hissed (when I introduced Them through a screen) at first it sounded like breathing out air then I realised she was trying to hiss for the first time. Luna and Sol now get along really well but Luna’s not the same. She doesn’t play with me anymore, sometimes she moans when I pick her up, and most recently I washed her (like I do every 2-3 months) and although she didn’t complain about the wash, after we finished and I started drying her with a towel she started meowing and then made a hiss (facing away from me). I don’t know why but it really upset me. What did I do wrong? What should I do? I feel scared to wash her now and I feel like she has no patience since getting the new kitten. She’s quite big but still young so I don’t know. Please help! Thanks
