My cat is losing weight but is completely healthy ?

Hello im not sure if this is the right place to post but I need help. Please let me know if I need to post somewhere else. Thanks in advance!

My boyfriend and I had found a stray end of July this year while working and decided to take her home. We took her to the vet within a week and the vet said she had some parasites and was malnourished skin and bones weight 5.6lbs. they thought she was about 6-9month old couldn't get a good look at her teeth she was nothaving it Gave her meds and good to go. she eats around 4-8 times a day drinks water regularly and acts like our other cats. But we noticed she still hasn't gained weight and poo is still semi solid to not. 1st visit was with our normal vet

Well fast forward to last week we took her in for a check up and shes lost weight 4.2lbs. They now think she is actually around 3-4years old. They did blood work and fecal testing. Her white cells were a little up and same with kidney but they said it was do to dehydration. Everything else was normal no thyroidproblems diabetes or anything. They gave her meds for parasites pending the fecal results which came in negative for everything. 2and visit was our at our vet's office but one of his colleagues.

What do we do to help her? She eats an drinks normally. We have cameras in the house to monitor them an I watch her eat and drink just like normal. Our other 3 cats are at healthy weights sand they all get along. They are free fed. Oh i should mention we otr truck drivers and are gone for a month or two at a time. Our pet sitter comes but 2-3 times a week.
