My dog is losing her peripheral vision

I’ve noticed that recently even when I stand very close to her by her side she doesn’t seem to notice that I’m just standing there waiting for her to notice. She’s a 13 (almost 14) year old poodle, she has hypothyroidism, some kidney issues, a current year infection and a benign tumor next to her butt, all are already being treated and we’re taking her to the vet regularly for check ups, she takes daily medication for her thyroid and eats special food for her kidneys, besides the meds for her current ear infection, the tumor isn’t inflamed anymore(which she took meds for as well) so now we’re just gonna leave it alone. Is this a symptom of old age? Is it her thyroid? Poodles do tend to have cataracts so I’m getting concerned. My dad refuses to believe that she has become deaf (which she has) so god knows how he’ll react if she goes blind as well. Besides all her issues she eat normally, does her “business” normally, still likes to run and play with her toys so she’s not exactly an old lady despite her age
