I moved into an apartment rather too quickly with my partner, and his mother stays with him ( in the living room mostly). I have two cats of my own, one of which is nearly 12. I was under the impression his mother fostered cats and moved them to other homes.
There are 12 cats total in this 2 bedroom apartment and she cant keep up with their basic needs. I need help and she refuses to take them to a shelter. Its becoming a health and finance concern. What can i do? She agrees they need new homes but then does nothing
