My neighbor has complained about my cat being at her balcony 3 times already. She has the most annoying chichuahua so whenever my cat goes to her window the dog barks like crazy. She came to my house twice to inform me that my cat knocked down her pot in the balcony and that my cat bit her dog. Then the 3rd time she showed me a picture of my cat in her balcony and when I said "let me see where my cat bit your dog?" She back tracked and said " o she didn't but it looks like she will" so basically lies. She never bit her dog. I also looked at her balcony and the same pot that she says the cat broke was fine. I went outside with my cat to see what she actually does and it's going up to her window and the dog looks through and sees my cat and freaks out. The problem is that my cat is extremely active and hyper. I play with her but she is crazy active and still has energy after so that's why I let her outside. Now I don't know what to do. She keeps meowing and wanting to go outside. I feel like a terrible cat mom. Someone help
