Not another flea post, but a wiggling flea LARVAE post

My cat hangs out in our 2nd bedroom which is empty. I was in there & noticed a ton of flea dirt, little tapeworm "grains of rice" AND actual flea larvae that was wiggling around..... just tiny little black worms wiggling around. Que me freaking out & panicking. I made her a vet appointment for next week. Took their advice, ran out and got her topical Advantage flea stuff and tapeworm pills that I crushed into her food.

I spent all day going through my ENTIRE house. Thankfully it's small & no carpet. Bleached, vacuumed, wiped absolutely every surface and washed every single thing made of fabric in hot water. I have her quarantined in that room for now but I got everything clean. I went in hours later & there is now a bunch of dead fleas on the floor which I think is a good sign? I flea combed her twice today.. both times I only found a slight bit of flea dirt but no live fleas or larvae. So where did all that larvae come from?? Am I atleast on the right track and can let her out sometime tomorrow?

The vet said getting her groomed might be a waste of money because the flea topical plus tapeworm meds will take care of it. I cant give her a bath and couldnt find anyone in the area who grooms cats.
