my 5 year old cat has been very fat(7 kilos / 15.4 pounds) for a while, today I went to the vet and he told me that my cat is fat because he lives outside and eats at other houses, letting my cat live inside isn't an option (my parents don't want a cat in the house and I've been trying to convince them for years). does anyone have tips for helping him lose weight I'm very worried for his well being
