What to do when out of town while fostering?

Hello,

I wanted to get into fostering adult/senior cats in-between adoption events from my local shelter. I've owned 2 cats before and have all the stuff needed for it, but only 1 question -

What do people usually do when they go out of town for a few days while fostering? I live alone, and will be gone for a 3-6 day period once a month due to work. I recently moved, and also COVID is going on, so I don't really have any neighbor to check up on tbe cat and feed it...

Would I need to take it back to the shelter it's fostered out from during that period? Drop it off for the period a pet-stay place, even though I don't "own" it? What would the best path be for regular out-of-town excursion?
