Hi guys, my family and I decided to adopt a 3 month old kitten but we found out she has a low grade heart murmur. I feel so attached to her and ive been doing so much research on the potential future costs and responsibilities with cats who may have heart disease. The vet doesnt seem to be worried right now but they didnt give her a echocardiogram so its not 100% what the underlying issue is. I know shes still young and could grow out of it or it could just be an innocent murmur but the uncertainty scares me. Any advice on whether to adopt or not??
