not sure if this is the sub for this. i’ll try to explain it as best as i can. at seemingly random times, i notice my poodle start shivering intensely, tail tucked down, and he’ll start trying to squeeze into small places like cupboards or behind the speakers or something. it’s becoming a bit of an annoyance because i’ll be busy and then i’ll hear him clawing at the speaker, pushing down objects etc to get into those small spaces. he does seem to have seperation anxiety, however, these occurances are pretty random and they happen even if his favourite person (my dad) is in the house somewhere. it happened again today, he was sleeping on the coucch but suddenly he starting following me around and trying to squeeze into nooks and crannies. i’ve tried putting him with my dad but he follows me anyway and i just do not have the time to follow him around when he’s in one of his moods to stop him from clawing things, and it’s also frustrating seeing him so scared but not being able to comfort him. any advice to give, possible reasons, etc?
