Excessive Meowing

Hey y'all

I have a 6 year old tortie (cat) that I adopted when she was 4 years old. Lately she has been excessively meowing when my boyfriend and I are trying to sleep (3pm -- we're night shift).

During the day we give her a lot of enrichment opportunities. She has a "worm" that she loves to play with (with us), she has a ball track that she can use independently. She has a plethora of toys, some containing catnip, some without. She has a cat tree in her own room, a cat lounge on a window so she can lookout and a back window for her to look at wildlife. This cat should not be bored when we're sleeping and it's not like she doesn't get attention when we're awake. Sometimes we both work the same day so she only gets a fraction of the attention she usually gets, but I can't change that.

She gets yearly checkups and she's had a clean bill of health. Her food is on a timer so she doesn't associate us with food. She has clean litter and fresh water.

Is she just needy af? Like girl, I get that you love us, but ima need you to pump the breaks

Idk what else to do to get her to hush. We ignore her but she outlasts us with her screaming. Like 30 min stretches before we break. I hate locking her in our spare room but that's the only way we can sleep.

Help! What am I missing!
