Recommendations for outside insulation for cats? (Texas here, it rarely snows)

I'm in Texas and have two outside stray cats. It doesn't usually get that cold, but I want something for them in the winter. The area in Texas I'm in rarely gets snow. If we're "lucky" we get snow.

I love my cats and want them cozy.

I know there is DIY stuff, but I rather avoid if possible.

I wanna hear what other ppl use and why they like it.

Oh they have a garage to help with the ceiling.
