My boyfriend and I have been toying with the idea of getting another cat. We adopted our first when she was 8 months old in February. She’s obviously now a year and a half now and has tons of energy. I‘ve found a 5 month old kitten who I think would be a great playmate but my only concern is our current cat, who is my stick tight and as snuggly as it gets, will become less snuggly with humans when she has another cat to cuddle instead. I don’t want her to abandon us for this new kitten as selfish as that sounds. I still want my baby to love us, and I want this new kitten to become snuggly with us as well. Any experience/advice with this would be great!
