With Good Dog I have very, very bad experience and part of that includes they have no respectful communication. Terrible customer service and discriminatory business. The phone number they provide never responded - goes to the voice message. During the week I left many messages but nobody called me back. Also they ask about bank accounts and personal sensitive information info???!!! One of the buyers paid money, but several days I cannot receive, because they don't even think to transfer money for me, It took several days to receive my money - big amount. When I complained to them ,they disconnected my profile. Looks like they wanted their money. What vet services have to money transactions between breeders. Also they have discriminatory practice. Gooddog telling which person needs to sell puppies from the waiting list. What do they have with my puppies????????????? I am the owner. They never, never answer the phone. Without these proofs and clarification they closed the account, becauseI claimed where my money is. I will consider your action against me as discriminatory practices, false accusations and libel. After collecting my private information and after I claimed MY MONEY they closed my account. I believe that they are collecting and selling the private information of their customers to the third parties and doing unlawful practice.
