Siamese excessive hair pulling

Hey everyone, just curious if anyone else has had experience with this. Long text, as I want to add background info.

I have a 4 year old female cat, half Siamese, and we don’t know the other half since the fully Siamese mom got out and mated with a street cat.

She is an intelligent, well behaved and clingy cat! She tolerates other animals well as long as they leave her alone. I have another female cat (a tiny 2 year old tortie asshole. No, another female was not my first option), and they are both fine as long as the other cat doesn’t bother the Siamese.

It should also be noted that I’ve had her since she was 8 weeks old. We have since moved 4 times. I think the moves might affect her a lot? I lived with a bf when I first got the cat, then with roommates, then with the same bf again, and now it’s just me, the Siamese and our other cat. She also fell out of a 3rd story window on the 3rd move. The window was open, screen in, she saw a bird, pounced and the screen broke open. She tried to run but got stuck in a bush and i got her back within 5 minutes. She had scratches but was overall physically fine.

Anyways.

Ever since the 3rd move and window incident, she has started biting all of the hair off her stomach and back right leg. She never breaks the skin, nor does the skin look irritated. The vet tells me it’s ok as long as she doesn’t break the skin. Google tells me that Siamese cats do have a tendency for compulsive behaviors as well.

Just curious if anyone else has a cat that does this, and if anything has helped to stop it? My cat definitely knows I don’t want her excessively grooming....whenever I see her doing it, I loudly say no, and she stops. I think it’s just a habit now, or a compulsive action, kinda like biting your nails.

I’ve tried anti-itch spray, calming diffusers, and anti anxiety cat snacks. It’s not due to the other female cat, as the Siamese has been doing this before we got the 2nd cat.

Again, just curious if anyone else has this issue? What do you do about it?

Edit: she also pukes a lot and idk why. It seems like she does it when she eats too fast or is irritated. But usually puking at least 3x a week.
