I got a male Persian kitten Milo (47 days old) 6 days ago. Previous owner said he ate boiled chicken and drank milk (bearing milk) and water. Went to the petshop and the lady there insisted on getting Friskies chicken pate for him. He had bloody diarrhea we went to the vet and she said this is most probably because of his change of diet. Milo was prescribed Diarstop for diarrhea and zithromax as he sneezed frequently. His diarrhea stopped but he has not passed stool since 3 days now. The online vet said to give him olive oil drops I did that today and he still hasn’t passed stool. He urinated though. He seems slightly bloated too. I am unable to go to the vet at the moment. Can anyone guide me what to do at the moment? He is energetic and playful and runs around but just hasn’t passed stool. Is he constipated?
