Hi, so for the last week I've had a shitty situation on my hands: My cat keeps tracking poop into my bed. I'm assuming she accidentally stomps it while trying to bury it, then climbs up in bed with me immediately after to cover my pillow and comforter in poop. My sheets have gotten a lot of cleaning these past few days.
This is a very recent issue but has happened every night for the past four to five days. I've heard about kittens regularly doing this, but never fully grown cats other than the occasional mishap. Any advice? I've tried taking the lid off her litter box after a friend recommended it but it hasn't seemed to work. Also any idea why this might be happening? Thank you in advance!
