New kitten vomiting and having diarrhea

I got a new kitten (6 months old) about 3 weeks ago and initially i tried switching her food to the same one my other cat (5 years old) due to it being very expensive. After the first meal of introducing the new food she had horrible smelling diarrhea and i decided to just keep her on the original food.

Fast forward 2 weeks later and she still is having diarrhea. It is basically liquid, with the occasional semi solid poop every 2 or 3 days, and smell awful. I decided to take her to the vet and because of covid i cant talk to the doctor directly which left me with a lot of unanswered questions. They did a stool exam and found no parasites and gave me some antibiotics, low carb/special digestive food, did a vitamin B 12 shot?, and probiotics.

She has been on this treatment for about a day and a half and began vomiting enormous amounts. It started last night when i woke up, i found a normal amount of vomit associated with a fur ball, but at 1 pm and 9 pm she vomited enormous amounts of liquid with a tiny amount of food, and i had not given her anymore medicine tonight yet.

She is only lethargic after these vomiting episodes and takes 2 ml of proviable-forte 2x a day in the morning and at night, still has diarrhea, takes one capsule of proviable-forte when fed in the morning, and 1/2 ml of antibiotics, metronidazole, at around 5 pm everyday since the vet.

Im worried and cannot call the vet since they are closed over the weekend. What do you guys think? Im worried that this could be something very serious and need to know if i should stop the treatment since i cant talk to the vet.

Any input will help tremendously!
