so basically i got a 4 year old cat from the spca, about 2 and a half weeks ago and everything was going well then i stepped on her on accident and then i felt super bad and guilty i still do but last night she got outside and now shes staring at the door and running around chasing me and biting more than normal. While she was outside she got under the house and i had to go under and get her out, now shes acting different never going on her fav chair and im feeling like its all my fault because it all started with me accidently stepping on her and idk what to do PLEASE PLEASE help
