Hello, last night i found stray kittens (5) on the side of my backyard shed , it is a really narrow crevice with leaves accumulating. It looked like it was going to rain so instinctively me and my dad moved the kittens to a temporary home we made with cardboard and a towel underneath a shelter. Turns out that during the night when we 'left', the mother cat would come and feed them, i tried to go out to approach it however it would just run away. This morning, i woke up and the mother cat moved the kittens back to the same spot. Should I leave the kittens there or should i do something about it like take it to a shelter.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
