A low maintenance, small, less odor, not loud pet for a 1 room place?

I am looking to get a pet. I live in 1 room, not big. Looking to do not too much maintenance but I will. Dont have alot of money.

My worries are

1) dont want it to smell up my room. Whether it be it's natural odor, or when it goes to the bathroom.

2) if I am gone at work or something, I dont want it to be loud and bother my roommates. Would be a plus if I could feed it extra so I could be gone for a day + but that's not too necessary

3) never been great at maintenance like changing cage and stuff so preferably something that isnt too messy. But I can deal with this if necessary.

Some ideas are: Chinchilla Rabbit Guinea pig Mouse Hedgehog

Dont want a reptile or amphibian or bird. Probably not a rat.

What are your guys ideas?
