Advice on healthy treats and low hanging teets!

I’m hoping to get some advice on two separate issues. First for my new adopted dog. She’s a gorgeous pitbull that I’ve just adopted from a shelter that takes in animals on death row in kill shelters. She’s only 5, but it’s clear she’s been bred a lot. She’s pretty saggy. Does this bother dogs at all? Would she be more comfy in a little T-shirt or something to help keep them in place?

We also have a corgi whose grandparents like to spoil him. We needed him out of the house for about a month while we were remodeling and we have gotten back a corgi that resembles a friggen pot belly. It’s confirmed he has been getting fed twice as much as he should have been and been getting table scraps to boot. He’s officially starting a diet. But, I’m wondering if there are any low fat doggy treats that I can make for both him and my pitty. My new girl is highly food motivated and she needs some lessons in basic manners, but we don’t want our boy to feel left out or get jealous. So, I want a treat that tastes good but won’t further add to his horrible weight gain. Any favorite recipes out there?

Edited for grammar.
