I can't take it anymore. I'm pregnant and moody already, but I've got three dogs and one of the senior ones has dementia and keeps just peeing whenever and whereever she wants. I can't get diapers to stay on her. Now one of the younger dogs has followed suit and goes whenever she wants, so long as no one is home. My husband never is the one to find the messes. And if he does he just uses the same dirty swiffer pad and just basically pushes the pee around the floor. I've shampooed rugs almost daily for weeks. Mopped floors, sopped up pee with towels. Washed peed-on dog beds, all while having the worst pregnancy nausea. I'm about to have a baby to constantly clean up after, and my patience is already worn so thin. I suppose I'm just ranting, but having a pet with dementia is really getting to me. I don't know what to do.
