Cat urinates everywhere, I feel helpless

Hello everyone,

I am writing this out of desperation: in August 2020 my partner and I adopted a cat from a shelter, age unknown (3-6 years), disabled (missing back leg and tail) and otherwise a very lovely and affecionate cat. From time to time we noticed she pees on any fabric left on the floor, therefore we generally avoid leaving anything on the floor.

In October we were away for holidays and a friend took care of her in our apartment. In this time the cat urinated on our bed, carpet, couch and bath mat. Everything was cleaned with an enzyme cleaner and the cat was brought to the vet multiple times. She doesn't have an UTI, kidney stones or any other urine related issues; the only issue she has is chronic pain from her accident. We were advised to not pick her up and play with her gently so she doesn't accidentally hurts herself.

We tried multiple medications as well, including cat CBD and we are currently trying out Zylkene (an anti-anxiety medication). Even after 2 weeks, there are no visible differences. Usually she has 1-3 accidents per day and our washing machine is on daily. We also got rid of our carpets because they could not be salvaged anymore.

The cat also has two cat toilets which are cleaned twice daily, both of them are situated in calm and unexposed corners in our apartment. We don't have any other pets and currently no visitors at all. We both work from home and never leave the apartment for longer than 30min when we get groceries.

Do you have any other ideas on what to do? As much as I love my cat she really affects my life in a negative way.
