Freezing Wet Dog Food

I've asked on r/AskVet and haven't received an answer in the 24 hours it's been up, so now I"m asking here!

For context: I'm moving to Korea later this year to teach English, and I'm taking my dog with me. I currently feed her Hill's Science Diet, as I trust this brand and so does my vet. I give her the Small Paws Sensitive Stomach and Skin, Adult 1-6 years for dry food, and then I give her Small Paws for Small Breeds Chicken and Barley Wet Food, 5.8 oz Cans. She can eat these in the three days that are allowed to store it in the refrigerator.

However, the small cans for dogs are not available in Korea. I can get a 12.5 oz can in a slightly different type (it's just regular adult 1-6 years, not small paws; healthy cuisine in roasted chicken, carrots, and spinach stew). There's no way she'll eat all of that in just 3 days, and I really don't want to waste the food.

So can I portion it out and freeze it, then thaw it and give it to her as needed? Or should I see if I can find a suitable alternative once I get there? I already have to find her suitable alternative treats. I can technically get the Merrick Power Bites that she currently eats online there, but it's SO expensive. She has quite the sensitive stomach lol
