Hello I have a question. So if someone were to adopt my 8 month old golden retriever that the vet says has rage syndrome and black out phases and has a police/vet bite history report and they were to be bitten in what ways and how could I still be liable for what happened if the family adopting him knew of everything and signed a waiver saying they knew of the situation how could it still come back to me? would i need a lawyer because i see there are many different ways to transfer ownership of dogs but even if i transfer ownership and have them sign a waiver could i still be at risk in any ways if they were to be bit?
