I found a house cat lost in the streets and I took her inside. I did my best to find the owner but no one contacted me. My house hates cats and the only place I could keep her is in my room. I sit with her 5+ a day but then I sleep in another room because she wakes me up every one hour. When I go to sleep in the next room she knocks the door and meows. I let her in the yard for sometime but there are stray cats that I feed that sometimes hit her, and when the door opens or the garage she goes outside. When she went outside a lot I thought of letting her go maybe she will go back to her owner. But I followed her outside to see her standing in the middle of the street with a car coming and barely dodging the car so I got so scared and brought her back in. What should I do? Is it cruel to keep doing what I am doing? Should I look for new owner?
