So we adopted this little kitten back in late October and she has just turned 4 months. Prior to today, she was sweet and cuddly but not too affectionate. She loves to sleep in people’s laps but never asked for pets and always shied away when we pet her (unless she is very sleepy). Then suddenly this morning, she got a whiff of my other cats smell (who we are still working on introducing to her slowly bc he is quite territorial) from some clothes and she became a different kitten. Her meow is COMPLETELY different- louder and way deeper. And now she keeps calling for us whenever she is alone (note that one of us is usually like 2 meters away from her in a room with a wide open door lol) and doesn’t stop. Now she also actively keeps rubbing up against us and rolling around on the ground, rubbing against the floor and every surface. She also leans in strongly to our petting like she suddenly loves it?! What is going on and did we break our kitten? Any advice would be appreciated
Edit: I should also mention that she has smelled our other cat a few times before and never behaved like this
