Looking for a dog food while dealing with lots off allergies.

I have been trying to look online, as well as getting advice from vets and pet shops, though I haven't been able to find a food that is without something my dog is allergic to. My dog is usually always scratching or licking himself, to the point that I have to have a soft cone on him when I leave the house. I recently did an allergy test, and found he is allergic to decent amount of common pet food ingredients. I was hoping someone here may have some recommendations for foods I can try.

His list of allergies are as follows:

Strongly allergic to: Chicken, Halibut, Salmon.

Mildly allergic to: Beef, Corn, Duck, Green Beans, Lamb, Rabbit, Soy, Squash, Sweet Potato, Turkey, Wheat and White Rice.

I am trying a food called Canine Caviar as its the best option I found so far, but it still has "Lamb-meal" in it. The food I was using previously was nearly safe as well, though it had green beans in it ( seems like almost all dog foods throw them in there).

Do you guys have any recommendations? I've also yet to look into hypoallergenic food but have heard that's a possibility.

Thanks for any advise!
