Multiple Alphas in pack

Greetings,

I have recently adopted my grandparents two dogs, a chihuahua/terrier mix 3y and another terrier mix 11y (the problem child). They were introduced into our existing pack, an American Staffordshire Terrier 12y( alpha), an American bulldog mix 4y and a poodle 13y. The 11y terrier was alowed to control everything in her last pack, with no guidence or training, and has since become a hindrance to the current alpha. She is constantly peeing in the alphas food bowl, bed and anything related to the alpha. She will sometimes start fights during meal times, and act like the victim when the alpha retaliates. We have spent the last year trying to curb this attitude and have had no luck, as she (the problem child) is very stubborn and hyperactive. Any ideas on how to put a stop to this? It is clear that she is not used to not being in charge. The current alpha is not a mean dog and will take quite a bit from the other dogs before she retaliates, but when she does it's not pretty, just trying to stop a potential blood bath from occurring.
