Hey everyone, so my family has a few canaries and they want to get some budgies, as you can guess from the title I dont really want them.
Here's why, I hate having to look after them, cleaning them, feeding them etc and if anything, I feel sorry that they're stuck in a cage so I try to ignore them for the most part. My brother and dad like having birds but they expect me to look after them quite a lot of the time which really kinda grinds my gears.
Has anyone had a situation similar to me that they managed to resolve? I dont want my family to get more birds and then expect me to look after them on a regular basis.
