So we got a kitten about 4 days ago. I was dumb and introduced them too quickly. We set up a room for the kitten in our bedroom, I've recently started taking her out when we're awake and let the cats mingle. The older one would hiss and growl the first 2 days now she doesn't hiss or growl but she follows kitten around everywhere and trys to pounce on her and she bops her on the head. The kitten will run and play and my older one will jump on her, but today I saw my older cat pounce on her ans try and bite the back of her neck. I'll also mention when the kitten is laying beside me or on me my big cat will lick the kitten?...
What should I do? Should I seperare them permanently for awhile?
