So recently, my neighbour has started seeing someone new and this person works in security, more specifically with the canine unit.
To cut a long story short, it’s currently -1 and they have left the dog in the car overnight. This has happened more than once and I’m started to get concerned for the dog with the temperature and the barking.
Not really sure on what to do. I have reported it to the local council but nothing has been done. Should I take this further or am I overreacting?
