Cat is constantly constipated, I could really use some advice.

So this isn't my cat, but my friend's cat, but she doesn't use Reddit.

So her cat has had issues for awhile, she frequently pooped under her bed or the closet, and she has changed things to try and help that.

Now she is having issues with being so constipated that they have taken her to the vet multiple times now, but nothing has helped.

She feeds her wet cat food because she says she doesn't drink enough water, the vet has her give the cat miralax, and she's even given them suppositories for the cat, but they are still having trouble.

I would really appreciate any advice people are willing to offer because I'm really concerned for their cat's wellbeing. Thank you.
