Cleaned my cat's right ear using a drop of coconut oil, cotton balls and qtips but my cat keeps shaking her head even after that. No vets available near me right now. What do I do?

As I mentioned in the title, I cleaned my cat's ear but looks like she is getting irritated. Is that normal?
