How does my dog perceive my cat’s purr? Does he understand that she is relaxed or does he perceive it as a threat?
We are in a (longterm) process of working on the friendship between our dog and cat - who for two years now have tolerated each other and kitty even tries to play at times, but dog is still afraid of her. This morning she hopped up right next to him on my lap and purred. He was frozen with fear, as always 😩😂 But i felt like maybe he understood that she was actually chillin’.
