The weeks before I left for basic training, I asked if my mother could take care of my pets. My dog (2 years old) and my cat (12 years) She agreed and it put my mind at ease they will be taken care of. During my time in BMT I had medical issues in my third week I had to be sent home. Suffering from so much depression and anxiety in my life, my dog was the one and only best friend in life that got me through the day. Once I got home excited to see my dog, my mom finally told me that my dog was getting sick, wouldn't eat at all and made a mess around the house. Same for the cat so my mother decided to send the dog to another family 3 days before I even got back home because she couldn't take it anymore (whatever that means). Cat was returned to the same place I adopted her when I was 10 and I doubt anyone would adopt her given the age and attitude she gives.
Sooooo I'm just venting out my anger in video games since I never got to say goodbye to either of them. Now I'm back to nothing like I'm not suppose to be happy in this world. I'm going to try to get her back starting tomorrow right away I just need to plan and hope to god this will get settled peacefully, and here I thought 2020 was bad enough for me.
