I live with my mom. She has a 9 year old pit bull. He has a quarter sized spot on his back that is kinda flaky, and a little pink. He has a check up next month, and she was gonna take him in to get it looked at then. I feel that's too long. It dont really see him licking at it, but idk. I was just gonna put neosporin on it until then, but idk if this would be cruel, or not waiting until next month.
