How long to keep cat confined after spaying?

My 5-month old kitten got spayed two days ago.

She is not wearing an e-collar (couldn't get it on her!!) but doesn't lick the incision much at all after the first night, with constant monitoring - I've hardly even been sleeping so I'm watching her around the clock.

She is jumping QUITE a lot more than I would like. She's currently in my small bedroom. I thought about putting her in the bathroom, but a) I'm not sure her huge litterbox would fit in there, and b) the bigger issue, she likes to climb up the shower curtain, which I'm afraid could cause even more damage than jumping in my room. Plus there's the toilet and sink she can jump up to anyway. I don't know what to do about the jumping.

Her incision looks good and she doesn't seem to be in any pain (she's getting gabapentin every 12 hours). She's eating, drinking, and using her litterbox just fine.

My vet recommended keeping her in her carrier for one hour after she got home and then in a small room overnight, but I've read a lot of conflicting info, some saying to keep cats confined for the entire one-two week healing period. I've already kept her confined longer than the vet recommended (two nights now rather than one) and I'm feeling very unsure about whether or not to let her have full run of the place today. Any thoughts?

Thanks!
