Kiwi is 5 years old female (neutered, indoor only) Siberian, she weighed 5,5 kg (12 lbs) at vet clinic last time. Vet told me that she was fat and had to lose weight. I said maybe it is because of the breed since siberians tend to be bigger cats, but he wasn't convinced. So i want her to lose a bit.
Now, she eats 1 Purina Gourmet wet food in every other day and Royal Canin (British shorthair) as a dry food. Dry food is available all the time. Sometimes i give her 1-2 tablespoon homemade greek yoghurt, cooked chicken breast, cooked fish, some cheese etc. I can't switch to diet food bc she is very picky eater so i want to make her lose weight by decreasing the amount of dry food.
How much dry food should i give to her?
